Candidates must have passed Class VIII or read up to Class XII. ( Candidates who have passed Class XII or above shall be ineligible to apply) Candidates possessing special skills will be given preference.
Pay scale of Cachar Judiciary Recruitment
Rs:12000-37500/-, G.P-Rs:3900/-
Term and Condition
1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01.06.2022. The upper age-limit is relax able up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC/MOBC as per Govt. Rules. The upper age-limit in case of PWD candidates will be as per Govt. Rules.
2. Candidates must submit their applications on standard form (Assam Gazette Part-IX) addressing to the District & Sessions Judge, Cachar, Silchar mentioning in the envelop “Application for the post of Grade IV” either through post or by hand to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Cachar, Silchar. The candidates who intend to submit their application by hand directly shall drop their applications in the drop box which will be kept in the 1¹tfloor of the new court building adjacent to Chief Administrative Officer’s chamber from 10:00am to 05:00pm³ in the working days w.e.f. 12-8-22 to 31-8-22.
3. Applications must be submitted with self-attested copies of all testimonials/certificates in support of age,educational qualification and caste etc.,(Candidates must furnish certificates in respect of special skills) along with 4 (four) recent passport size photographs with the application with MOBILE NUMBER preferably, Whatsapp number.
4. Candidates serving in Govt. Departments must submit their applications through proper channel.
5. Applications must reach the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Cachar, Silchar during office hours on or before 31-8-22. No application will be entertained beyond the said period. The undersigned shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any postal delay..
6. Incomplete applications, i.e., those without necessary particulars, signature, photographs, testimonials etc., shall be summarily rejected.
7. Information given by a candidate in his/her application shall bind the candidate and if it is found to be false, his/her candidature shall be cancelled forthwith and he/she shall also be liable for criminal prosecution.
8. Candidates shall download their call-letters from the official website of Cachar District Judiciary (www.cacharjudiciary.gov.in) when available. No call-letters will be sent to the candidates.
9. The selection process will done through personal interview/ viva-voce test. (Any changes/modification in the selection process will be notified in the official website).
10. Candidates of EWS have to produce Income & Asset certificate from the concerned Authority
11. No TA & DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
12. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the advertisement, alter/modify any terms of conditions of the advertisement at any stage which will be notified in the official website.
13. Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to rejection of candidature.
14. Candidate is allowed to submit one application form only.
15. Dates of interview will be notified in the official website in due course.
