Objectives of CMAAA 3.0

CMAAA 3.0 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the following conditions before applying:

Residential Requirement

  • Must be a permanent resident of Assam.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 28 years
  • Maximum Age: 45 years

Educational Qualification

For General Category:

  • Must have passed Class X (HSLC).

For SC/ST/OBC Categories:

  • Educational qualification can be up to Class X.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Possess the required skills or experience for the selected business activity.
  • Not have defaulted on any previous bank loan.
  • Have a valid Employment Exchange Registration.
  • Not be a beneficiary of CMAAA 1.0 and 2.0 .
  • Ensure that only one member from a household applies under the scheme.
